Dog of the Week – Meet Madison

 This 10-year-old female Labrador Retriever is chocolate in color and weighs 60 pounds. Despite being a little older, Madison is still full of life and loves to stay active. She's mastered basic commands like "sit" and "lay down" and is eager to show off her skills. She was excited to explore the play yard, even attempting to go through the tunnel but couldn't quite manage. But don't let that fool you—Madison still has plenty of energy and would love a family that enjoys outdoor adventures. She did great on the blue pawprint stand (in the play yard) and is a pro on the leash, making walks a breeze. Due to her age and being heartworm positive, Madison has achieved VIP status and needs a new pet guardian who will follow up with the necessary heartworm treatment.
