7 Highlights for Rangers Fans During Remaining Homestand in Arlington

The Texas Rangers homestand continues through June 7, 2017 in The American Dream City, as the team hosts the division-rival Houston Astros for a three-game series this weekend and the New York Mets for a quick two-game series on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Here are seven highlights fans can look forward to at Globe Life Park in Arlington:

  1. On Friday, June 2, The Texas Lottery Superhero Friday Fireworks will follow the game (first pitch is at 7:05).

  2. Saturday's game is at 6:15 p.m. CT. The first 15,000 fans will receive a Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches Cole Hamels Superhero Bobblehead.

  3. On Sunday, June 4, the first 7,500 children 13 and younger will receive a PowerAde Zero Adrian Beltre Kids Replica Gold Glove. The game starts at 2:05 p.m. CT.

  4. Kids can also run the bases after Sunday's game at Globe Life Park in Arlington.

  5. Sunday is also Blue Bell $1 Ice Cream Day for youngsters 13 and younger.

  6. The homestand concludes with a two-game series against the New York Mets on Tuesday, June 6, and Wednesday, June 7, both at 7:05 p.m. Texas Rangers 2017 Yearbooks will be distributed to the first 15,000 fans on Tuesday.

  7. Wednesday, June 7 marks Texas Chili Company Dollar Hot Dog Night and Dr Pepper Autograph Wednesday.
