Robert Earl Keen at Levitt Pavilion Arlington

Like its major fund-raising concert in the fall, proceeds from the June 23 Robert Earl Keen concert will help the Levitt offset the costs of producing more than 50 free concerts a year with original, professional music artists. Keen, a member of the Texas Heritage Songwriters Hall of Fameis known for classics such as "The Road Goes On Forever,""Corpus Christi Bay,""Whenever Kindness Fails,""Gringo Honeymoon"and "Dreadful Selfish Crime."The concert evening begins at 7:30 p.m. with popular Texas country artist, Cory Morrow. Robert Earl's concert begins at 9 p.m. General seating tickets are still available on the Levitt Pavilion Arlington website.

Connecticut Sun vs. Dallas Wings at College Park Center

The Wings return home this Sunday, June 25 for a game against the Connecticut Sun at The University of Texas at Arlington's College Park Center in Downtown. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. CT. To purchase tickets, fans can go to www.dallaswings.com or they can call the box office at (817) 469-9464. The Wings play all home games at College Park Center, a state-of-the-art 7,000-seat arena located at 600 S Center St, Arlington, TX 76019. Six Flags Over Texas

Spend the weekend at Six Flags Over Texas with all your friends and family celebrating all things summer. The water park in Arlington's Entertainment District will be open Thursday through Sunday, June 15-18, 2017. Hurricane Harbor will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor features 47 acres of water wonderland to enjoy. Milton H. Greene: Women Exhibit at Arlington Museum of Art

This summer, the Arlington Museum of Art will continue its tradition of photography exhibits with Milton Greene: Women, which opened on May 13 and will run through Aug 6. "Photography has been a huge success at the Arlington Museum of Art,"Hightower said. "Our two most attended exhibits, Ansel Adams and Vivian Maier, were photography exhibits. I chose Milton Greene's work because he was famous for his work with celebrities in the '50s, '60s and '70s such as Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and Frank Sinatra."The Arlington Museum of Art of located at 201 W. Mickey Gilley at Arlington Music Hall

Mickey Gilley, an American country music singer and musician, takes the stage this Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Arlington Music Hall in Downtown. The concert gets underway at 7:30 p.m. Mickey Gilley has 39 hit songs, of which 17 went to the top of the country charts. Although he started out singing straight-up country and western material in the 1970s, he moved towards a more pop-friendly sound in the 1980s, bringing him further success on not just the country charts, but the pop charts as well.
