Francis Kobty and his son Aziz Kobty are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Prince Lebanese Grill's Randol Mill location in The American Dream City.
The restaurant brings all the flavors from the Middle East, with familiar classics such as falafel, shawarma, tabbouleh, hummus and many more.
Prince Lebanese Grill, which opened in 2007, is a converted fast-food drive-in that still has the covered walkway and diagonal parking. It remains family owned and operated but everything else has changed.
The restaurant has significantly expanded since opening, increasing seating from 23 to 136 and adding a covered patio and flower garden. Prince Lebanese also added its iconic sign in red, white and blue.

Francis, who grew up in Nazareth, Israel and his wife Amira, moved to Arlington more than 30 years ago. They raised four children in Arlington. All of the children have worked in dad's restaurant, including Aziz, who is currently the manager. Also, countless cousins, nieces and nephews have worked at Prince Lebanese.
Located at 502 West Randol Mill, Prince Lebanese Grill continues to be a popular destination for residents and visitors and is a dream come true for the father-son duo running the business.
The restaurant has been featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives hosted by Guy Fieri, WFAA's Good Morning Texas and is included in Zagat's recent article titled 13 Reasons to Drive to Arlington.
