Meet "Mindy" (real name), the esteemed Dog of the Week. She is a precious Chihuahua mix that was owner surrendered because her owners could no longer keep her. This precious six pound little darling is sure to win your heart as she did ours! A bit on the shy side in the shelter, Mindy takes a few minutes to warm up and show her personality. She is definitely a "cuddle bug" and she will let you hold her all day long! She loves to be petted and held, and don't let her small size fool you! This little gal has lots of personality and she is super smart. Mindy sure does know her manners. She is treat motivated and knows how to sit and lay down. This polite little gal is looking for a home to call her own, and is wondering if that might be with you? Mindy would do best in a home with older children who will be mindful of her small size and needs. Her adoption fees include all core vaccinations, micro-chip, spay and 30 days free pet insurance. If you think Mindy would be a good fit for your family's lifestyle, please come down to the Arlington Animal Services' Center today for a meet and greet. Mindy is in DA15, with ID number A19842092. Today could be the day you fall in love!
