Veritex Bank Championship Returning to Arlington's Texas Rangers Golf Club April 21-27, 2025

Texas Rangers Golf Club and the Veritex Bank Championship hosted sponsors, fans, and community members at a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony at Texas Rangers Golf Club on Monday, Oct. 28, 2024.

The event marked the extension of the Veritex Bank Championship’s agreement with the City of Arlington to host the tournament at Texas Rangers Golf Club. The Korn Ferry Tour recently announced the 2025 schedule, with the Veritex Bank Championship returning to Arlington from April 21-27, 2025.

“We are thankful for our partners for once again choosing Arlington to host the prestigious Veritex Bank Championship,” Arlington Mayor Jim Ross said. “This tournament, which will bring professional golfers from around the world and their fans here to The American Dream City, is further proof of Arlington’s ability to host world-class events as the sports and entertainment capital of Texas.”

Tournament Director Richie Sapp also announced a renewed commitment to Arlington and the community, whereby all Arlington residents will be eligible for free General Admission to experience the event first-hand. The Veritex Bank Championship is also developing a youth mentorship program that will bring the unique and inspiring “chase your dreams” stories of the Korn Ferry Tour into the classrooms of schools across Arlington.

 The Veritex Bank Championship is one of 26 events on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour schedule and is the only Korn Ferry Tour event in the state of Texas. The championship features 156 of the rising professional golfers in the game competing for a cumulative purse of $1,000,000.
