Want to schedule a meeting?

Are you Platting your property? (PAM)

To develop a property, it must first be platted. A plat establishes the location of property lines, easements, and city rights-of-way. This plat must be approved or denied by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Are you changing the zoning on your property? (ZPAM)

Zoning refers to city regulations that govern how real property can be used in specific geographic areas.

A Zoning Pre-Application Meeting (ZPAM) is required before submitting a zoning application for Zoning Amendments, Planned Development (PD Zoning), Multi-Family Development Plans, Mixed-Use Development Plans, and Specific Use Permits (SUP). Ordinance 24-017.

The zoning application process involves changing the zoning of a property to allow for a different land use, which must be approved or denied by the City Council.

Are you applying for a Pre-Development Consultation? (PDC)

Developers, buyers, and property owners perform due diligence-a thorough investigation and analysis of a property-on land use and zoning to ensure that the proposed project complies with local guidelines and regulations. Are you evaluating site potential and conducting due diligence?
