Business owner and veteran Montez Jones is living out his American Dream as the founder and CEO of TEZ JONES Training Solutions LLC.

TEZ JONES Training Solutions specializes in helping leaders know themselves and their leadership styles.

Jones is also an Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team. Jones is certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth. In 2014, he was named one of the Top 100 leaders by the John C. Maxwell Team.

He is a retired Air Force veteran who served 26 years of honorable service. He has trained leaders, managers, employees, and non-profit organizations on the benefits of leadership, effective communication, and better interpersonal relationships. Additionally, he facilitates workshops for diverse groups of military and non-military organizations. 

Jones is a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Professional and worked in Equal Opportunity for over 20 years. He earned various degrees such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, Academic Instructor School, and a certified Mediator.
