Mansfield ISD will host two community informational meetings about the MISD 2017 Bond.

The presentation will include information on the district's bond election, scheduled for May 6, 2017, and provide an opportunity to ask questions.

About 40 percent of the students who attend schools in the district live in Arlington. Mansfield ISD anticipates growing by approximately 3,000 students over the next five years, according to its website.

The community informational meetings about the proposed bond package will be held on the following days:

• Monday, March 27 at 6 p.m. at the MISD Center for the Performing Arts (1110 W. Debbie Lane, Mansfield, TX 76063)
• Wednesday, April 19 at 6 p.m. at the Lake Ridge High School Performing Arts Center (101 Day Miar Road, Mansfield, TX 76063)
