Exciting news came in December when the City and the Texas Rangers announced plans for the 100,000 square foot Texas Live! Entertainment Complex, along with plans for a 300 room upscale hotel with 35,000 square feet of convention space near Globe Life Park.

That same month, Greenway Investment Company broke ground on the first phase of its 14-acre Champions Park mixed-use development project at Interstate 30 and Collins Street.
