Executive Chef John Klein leads the 506 culinary team in Downtown Arlington. This episode takes a behind-the-scenes look at prepration for dishes like the pecan crusted crab cakes with roasted fennel & arugula salad tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, saffron & garlic sherry aioli.
Also featured is The Breakfast Tower, which is made up of pancakes layered with cheesy scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, and bacon topped with sunny up egg and drizzle of maple syrup. You can find complete lunch, dinner and brunch menus on the Restaurant506 website.
Located in the Manor House of The Sanford House, Restaurant506 is open to the public for lunch Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with fine dining every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 5:30-9 p.m. Weekend Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
