With more than 60,000 items available, including fiction, non-fiction, children's, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, and records, there is something for everyone, and all proceeds support the Arlington Public Library.
The sale begins with an exclusive Friends of the Arlington Public Library-only day on Wednesday, March 30, from 3 to 7 p.m. Memberships will be available at the door for anyone interested in joining at that time.
Doors will open to the general public Thursday, March 31, and the sale will continue through Sunday, April 3. Specific times are as follows:
- Thursday, March 31: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, April 1: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, April 2: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Blue Book Specials)
- Sunday, April 3: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday will feature Blue Book Specials that change as the day progresses, and the final day of the sale is half-price day. From 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, teachers and nonprofit workers with a work ID can take all they can carry for a suggested $5 donation.
