Downtown Arlington, Tuesday, July 3, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Arlington's favorite festival is back with more food, fun and fireworks, along with street performers and other family friendly entertainment.
Two live music stages will be set up for your enjoyment, the Levitt Pavilion stage and the Coors Light stage. Headliner acts Pure Prairie League and The Spazmatics will perform during the event.
The Boomtown Children's Area will provide hours of fun with bounce houses, face painting and carnival games. The kids will love the Radio Disney Interactive Jake and the Neverland Pirates kids area. Other activities include train rides, a petting zoo, street entertainers and more!
Food, retail and informational vendor booths will be located along Abram St. serving all kinds of traditional carnival fare. In addition to the wonderful food served by the vendors, downtown restaurants will also be open for business.
The evening will be topped off with an exploding array of colorful fireworks. Lawn chairs and blankets are recommended and get there early to save a spot because this will be something you don't want to miss. Make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen and insect repellant too.
