The Southwest Nature Preserve, a 58-acre tract of previously undeveloped land located just south of Interstate 20 and adjacent to Bowman Springs Drive in southwest Arlington, is officially open for business. Gates will be open from 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., at 5201 Bowman Springs Rd. Activities such as camping, camp fires, horseback riding, mountain bike riding, swimming, and boating are all prohibited.
