Christmas trees might be disappearing, but gift trees are still in season at all Arlington libraries.

Hanging on each branch are tags with the titles, authors, and descriptions of individual children's books. The library would love to have these books for the 2013 Summer Reading Club for its tiniest readers, children up to four years of age. Summer 2013 will be here before you know it and there's no better way to start the new year than with new books in the hands of young readers.

There are a couple of ways you can share in the joy of giving and reading.

Buy a book from our wish list and have it delivered to the library at www.amazon.com/registry/wishlist/1HXRZ7NKBTR5D.

Or you may also purchase a book for donation at your favorite bookstore and drop it off at your local library. Donations will be accepted until January 31, 2013.
