Janet Delph has been a volunteer with the Arlington Police Department's Victim Services Unit for some time. Janet is a fixture on Fridays in the office. She is very dependable and shows great compassion to the victims that she assists. Janet does anything from contacting victims, via the telephone, and outreaching to them to providing essential resources to victims who come into the station. Janet also assist with everyday administrative duties such as mailing letters and important information to the victims. Janet comes in ready to tackle any task and does it with enthusiasm and passion. It also doesn't hurt, that she makes some delicious cookies and treats for the office. We are lucky to have such a dedicated volunteer assisting crime victims in Arlington.
