Thursday, September 20, 2012, theWater Department will be installing a water tap at 900 block of North Fielder Rd. The center lanes will be closed at 9 AM on Thursday until Friday morning. Friday morning at 9 AM they will be opened up in the center and then the right southbound lane will be closed until the afternoon.
