Come along for a mouthwatering ride and catch The American Dream City's cultural diversity and unique cuisine with Arlington Eats on MyArlingtonTV.
In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits Fork in the Road, located at 1821 S. Fielder Road, Arlington, TX 76013.
Head chef and owner Josh Hopkins, along with his wife Sonya Hopkins, continue to bring creativity to Fork in the Road's menu, putting their own spin on food from specialty sandwiches to hand formed burgers and salads.
Josh Hopkins has been in the restaurant business for most of his life and opened the Fork in the Road back in 2013. Hopkins continues to think outside the box with his menu and it's a huge reason why he wanted his own place.
"The Aweful Waffle" at Fork in the Road.
"I got tired of cooking everyone else's food and I wanted to cook my food," Hopkins said.
One of the most popular items on the menu is Fork in the Road's three-cheese macaroni and cheese with truffle oil known as "Crackaroni." You can also find the "Aweful Waffle" on the menu, a Belgian waffle with a seven ounce burger topped with balsamic bacon jam and bleu cheese crumbles.
