Friday, Aug. 14 Update: Water Safe to Drink
Arlington crews are still working to repair some of the water lines impacting West Arlington, which means drivers should expect delays while traveling in the affected areas.
For the next month, traffic on W. Pleasant Ridge Rd. from Old Dominion Dr. to Pleasant Oaks Ct. will be restricted to one lane in both directions as crews make all the necessary repairs.
Traffic at W. Green Oaks Blvd. near Pleasant Ridge Ct. will be restricted to one lane in the southbound direction. The repairs are completed and the pavement will be replaced on Saturday morning. Drivers should expect the lane to open on Sunday morning. northbound traffic is flowing as normal.
Waterview is restricted to westbound traffic only at W. Green Oaks Blvd. There is a temporary detour setup, but we anticipate all of this being removed by Friday evening.
