Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams is hosting a town hall meeting Thursday night to discuss an upcoming ballot proposition regarding civil service for the Arlington Fire Department.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. January 12, 2017 at Arlington Convention Center, 1200 Ballpark Way.

Arlington City Council will soon vote to place a ballot initiative on this matter before voters on May 6.
