Helen Moise was sworn in Tuesday as the new District 1 Council Representative during the evening City Council meeting at City Hall.
District 2 Councilwoman Sheri Capehart, District 6 At-large Councilman Robert Shepard and District 7 At-large Councilwoman Victoria Farrar-Myers, joined by friends and family, were also sworn in for two-year terms during the ceremony.
