College football fans from across the region filled AT&T Stadium in The American Dream City Saturday afternoon as Baylor and Texas Tech took the field for the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Shootout.
Fifth-ranked Baylor, this year's home team, started fast and didn't look back as the Bears used a balanced attack to beat the Red Raiders 63-35. The win gives the Bears a 37-36-1 edge in the series, which began in 1929.
As fans filed out of the stadium, many could be heard praising AT&T Stadium in Arlington for being the perfect venue for this neutral site game. Tailgaters started partying early Saturday morning and continued after the game.
