Pools may be closing soon for the 2017 season, but splash pads around the city are open through September.
Arlington's public splash pads are free, kid-friendly fountains and spray areas that are a great way to beat the summer heat.
The splash pads are open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Labor Day, September 4. After Labor Day, they are open weekends only from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. through the end of September.
