Come along for a mouthwatering ride and catch The American Dream City's cultural diversity and unique cuisine with Arlington Eats on MyArlingtonTV.
In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits Tarrant County College for the debut of the exhibit, "Potluck Republic: The State of Gastrodiplomacy" at the Southeast Campus, located at 2100 Southeast Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76018.
The traveling exhibit allows guests to experience the diversity of cultures that have influenced and enriched Texas cuisine. "Potluck Republic" is now on display at the TCC Southeast Judith J. Carrier Library for viewing in November and December.
Currently 205 students are enrolled at TCC Southeast in the Culinary Arts Program and nearly 100 more students are enrolled in Hospitality Management. TCC continues to reflect diversity with a student enrollment in spring 2018 of more than 500 international students, representing 71 countries.
