Salary Structure

The City of Arlington offers a competitive salary range for all positions, based on the salaries paid among the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex cities. Changes to compensation are determined annually as part of the budget process and generally become effective the first payroll in October, which is the start of our fiscal year.  See current Salary Structure.

  1. Price Comparison Tool - An internet-based price comparison tool is available to enrollees on www.myuhc.com and contains personalized in-network and out-of-pocket cost information for covered healthcare items and services. 
  2. Machine Readable Files - Machine-readable files (MRFs) are available to enrollees at https://transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com and contain the UHC negotiated rates with in-network providers for covered healthcare items and services as well as allowed amounts paid to out-of-network providers.
