The Arlington Property Renewal Program (APRP) was founded in 2015 by Code Compliance for the purpose of rehabilitating and repairing private properties in Arlington. Property owners meeting eligibility requirements may receive assistance through the Arlington Building Rehabilitation Fund.

APRP helps engage, connect and protect Arlington neighborhoods and residents by providing programs and services that promote safe and strong neighborhoods.

APRP is Committed to:

• Encouraging rehabilitation of blighted properties to champion economic development and neighborhood integrity
• Improving our community by creating a safer environment for our citizens

This program is another tool that Code Compliance Services uses to promote safe and strong neighborhoods throughout our city.
