Arlington Eats: Indian & Pakistani Fusion at Halal Grill

In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits Halal Grill, located at 3701 S Cooper St #135, Arlington, TX 76015.

Halal Grill specializes in Indo-Pak and Mediterranean cuisine, serving dishes like the savory spiced Goat Chops and Jeera Rice, an Indian dish consisting of rice and cumin seeds.

There are also several desserts available, from mango lassi, a popular yogurt based mango milkshake or smoothie, to rasmalia, an Indian dessert made from cheese, milk, and almonds.

Sushan Bhattarai, the owner of the restaurant, chose the Cooper Street location for its diversity. Halal Grill is located next to several other ethnic restaurants, including Thai House, Havana Bar & Grill and El Mofongo.
