Come along for a mouthwatering ride and catch The American Dream City's cultural diversity and unique cuisine with Arlington Eats on MyArlingtonTV.

In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits Enchant Christmas, located in Lot F at Globe Life Park, 1000 Ballpark Way (on the corners of Copeland Road and AT-T Way).

Enchant comes to The American Dream City thanks to the Texas Rangers and the Arlington Convention - Visitors Bureau. The event runs through December 31, 2017.

While Enchant features many entertainment options like the world's largest light maze, an ice-skating pond, Santa's Palace and the Texas Christkindl Market Lane, the outdoor market also offers plenty of food options for customers.

Enchant has more than 35 food trucks on display, including two with Arlington roots. Terri Kingsbury opened Chicago's Taste - More in Arlington in 2001 with her late husband. The food truck serves Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef and loaded cheese fries.

"I love Arlington," Kingsbury said. "I've dreamed about having a food truck for many, many years. I cannot imagine doing anything else. We love moving around to different locations and meeting new people."

Connie's Louisiana Kitchen is another Arlington success story at the market. Connie and Randy Smith have been serving Cajun cuisine in the city for two years after opening a furniture restoration business in The American Dream City. Randy has enjoyed the steady crowds at Enchant Christmas.

"The first night we were here, we had lines for five and a half hours straight," Smith said.
