After last week's overwhelming response to Food Truck Friday, organizers have added two more food trucks to satisfy the taste buds of people who visit, work and go to school in downtown Arlington.

Last week, hundreds of customers poured out of nearby offices and UT Arlington and walked over to buy lunch from food trucks assembled in Founders Plaza, 100 West Abram Street.

Holy Frijoles, Bombay Chopstix and Maui Wowi were there to serve up tasty food and drinks during the first Food Truck Friday event.

The following food trucks will be parked at Founders Plaza on March 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

  • Dough Boys Pizza Truck
  • Say Kimichi
  • Holy Frijole
  • The Butcher's Son
  • Maui Wowi
