Jung-Chih Chiao, an electrical engineering professor, and Smitha Rao, a research associate, are perfect examples of people achieving their dreams right here in Arlington.
The two professors joined forces to design a micro-windmill suitable for recharging cell phones and other devices. It's that type of innovation that is putting Arlington on the map.
