UT Arlington hosts Oral Roberts University in the CollegeInsider.com men's basketball post-season tournament this Wednesday, March 20 at 7:30pm at College Park Center.
The CollegeInsider bid is the first for the Mavericks and also marks the first post-season game at College Park Center.
The Mavericks reached the championship game of the Western Athletic Conference Tournament, falling Saturday night 64-55 to New Mexico State.
"We're excited to be in the post-season for the second straight year,' coach Scott Cross says. "We came up a little bit short in our goal to win the WAC Tournament, but to keep our season alive in the CIT and go for 20 wins is a great opportunity and reward for our players.
"We need the support of Mavericks everywhere on Wednesday at College Park Center to give us a real home-court advantage against a very talented Oral Roberts team,' he added.
