The Arlington City Council has appointed 19 residents to serve on the 2025 Citizens Bond Committee.
The Citizens Bond Committee will review and recommend public infrastructure projects, ranging from street rebuilds to new parks and recreation amenities, for a bond program that could be presented to Arlington voters in May 2025.
Members, who will meet weekly each Thursday from Sept. 12 to Oct. 10, will receive information from departments requesting capital project funding and then will recommend a list of proposed projects to the City Council in December.
