The City of Arlington has issued more than 1,100 permits for residential housing, including single family, multifamily, remodels, additions and other property improvements in the second quarter of 2024, according to the latest Quarterly Development Profile.

The Quarterly Development Profile provides basic growth statistics and is produced by the City of Arlington’s Department of Planning & Development Services. The publication includes permitting activity and the locations of new single-family and multifamily construction projects occurring within The American Dream City.

In Q2, the City issued 799 new residential permits and 353 non-residential permits. Currently, the City has 106,135 single-family and 51,933 multi-family units.
