Meet Tinsel, Arlington Animal Services' Cat of the Week! Want to meet the most outgoing cat in the entire shelter? Tinsel is your boy! Tinsel is a big orange fluffy male Tabby adult cat. He is approximately one to two years old. He weighs around 10 pounds. Tinsel was found outside by one of our caring officers and brought into the shelter on December 19, 2013 so Tinsel could have a warm place to sleep and food in his tummy. We don't know the history of Tinsel, but he was definitely someone's pet kitty because he is ultra-friendly and he is very clean and well kept. Tinsel has been friendly and outgoing from the day he arrived at the shelter. He loves to play with his kitty toys, romping and rolling around in his cage tossing up his toys and catching them. He is so entertaining to watch. He loves to be petted and he purrs and purrs for you too...and he "makes biscuits"! Not only is Tinsel very sweet, he is very affectionate, he would be perfect for any individual or family. He definitely wins the award for most outgoing kitty in the shelter and that is why he is this week's Cat of the Week!
