Represents the portion of the city bounded primarily by Matlock Road on the west, Pioneer Parkway on the north. District 3 includes a portion of the I-20 business corridor, the Arlington Municipal Airport, Tarrant County College and the Arlington Highlands.
Marvin moved to Arlington in January 1992 and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. Marvin is a veteran of the United States Air Force and serves on numerous boards. Marvin lives in District 3 with his lovely wife Raquel Gair Sutton.
