The following prices are auto-draft rate. +$8 a month for month to month option.

General Rules

• In order to participate in programs, open gym or weight room, all participants must have and present a current Annual Membership Card.
• A valid photo ID and proof of address must be presented at the time any membership or pass is purchased.
• Children under the age of 10 must be supervised by a guardian 15 or older. This guardian must have a valid membership.

Conduct

• Disruptive behavior is not tolerated at any time. Proper language etiquette and respect are expected at all times.

Attire

• Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Shirts and shoes must be worn while in the facility.
• Closed toe shoes are required in the weight room and gymnasium.

Food & Drink

• Open containers are welcome in the lobby of our facility. Only water and sports drinks may be taken into the fitness room, and gym.

Cliff Nelson Recreation Center has a diverse programming schedule of both youth and adult activities to meet the recreational needs of Arlington residents and visitors.

Cliff Nelson Recreation Center is available for all types of reservations including birthday parties, reunions, showers, sports rentals and meetings. Rooms may be rented seven days a week during and after business hours. Overnight reservations are available on Fridays and Saturdays.

Multi-Purpose Room

Our 1,500 square foot multi-purpose room is perfect for a large group rental or program. The window-filled room overlooks Cliff Nelson Park and playground. The attached deck with a covered awning makes the Multi-purpose room great for birthday and graduation parties, family reunions, showers and meetings. Room capacity is 110, with seating 75.

Gymnasium

Cliff Nelson features a 9,000 square foot gymnasium that is ideal for any sports practice or game. The gym features a regulation sized basketball court with synthetic rubber floor, 2-10’ basketball goals, 4 basketball goals that can be adjusted between 8’-10’, 2 volleyball courts, 1 badminton court and bleacher seating that is available for full and half court rentals.

Classroom & Preschool Room

Our small classroom and preschool room are both perfect for small meetings and events. It is also a great addition to larger events held in the Gymnasium and Multipurpose room to give you a little more space if needed. Room capacities are 20 to 25.

Kitchen

Our 300 square foot kitchen is adjacent to multi-purpose room. It consists of a stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice machine and ample counter space.
