Dog of the Week – Meet Cole

This two-years-two-months-old female Pit Bull Terrier mix is white and black in color and weighs 73 pounds. An active canine that has been in the shelter for over 50 days is looking for her “ticket” out. Cole (short for Nicole) would really like to be adopted by an active family that will engage her in physical exercise. She likes exploring the outdoors and does well on a leash if a destination is selected. She’s a little unsure of what to do with toys and treats but surely would learn quickly. Being petted on her haunches makes this canine a “happy dog” and she will return for more “pets”. To be adopted into an active, loving household would be an ideal outcome for Cole. Meet Cole in Dog Adoptions (CA) 21, her ID number is A49164532. Cole is considered a VIP pet due to length of time in the shelter. Don’t make her wait any longer for a new lease on life!

Dog of the Week – Meet Sola

This seven-years-four-months-old female Pit Bull Terrier mix is brown and black in color and weighs 44 pounds. Nearing the end of January, it’s time to evaluate your New Year’s resolutions. It’s time to resolve to adopt a shelter animal and Sola would be a good choice. She is a fun loving active senior dog that would love to live out her golden years with a new pet guardian. She enjoys being out and about with staff or volunteer friends. Somewhat timid at first, Sola does warm up quickly to you and exhibits her gentle demeanor. Being petted provides her with a sense of contentment. Sola would probably do well in a quieter household where she can enjoy life. Meet Sola in Dog Condo (DC) 3; her ID number is A49298787. Sola is a VIP dog due to her time in the shelter. Resolve to adopt this dear dog today.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
