Whether you are eager to make a splash at the pool or dive into the new best-seller, our latest Neighborhood Network News highlights a few of the summer-time activities available across The American Dream City. It's a to-do list you won't mind tackling.

✅Cool Down at the Pool or Splashpad

✅Downtown Library Open Daily

If you are looking for the latest beach read or a place to host a meeting, the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library is now once again open seven days a week. Click here for hours, activities and available services.

✅ Free Summer Meals for Youth

Kids need nutrition year-round to learn, grow and succeed in life. Arlington ISD is connecting children with healthy, no-cost meals throughout the summer months. Click here for information about the Summer Meal Program and list of Arlington ISD meal sites.

✅ Build a Disaster Supply Kit

Arlington residents can take steps to be better prepared in the event of an emergency by assembling a disaster supply kit containing basic items that their household may need. Our latest Ask Arlington episode explains how easy it is to assemble these kits over time so that each person — and pet — in the household has enough food, water and other supplies to last at least 72-hours following a disaster.
