Suenatron

Levitt Pavilion Arlington wraps up its free summer concert series this weekend with pop/Norteño favorites SuenaTron, Texas country troubadour Dale Watson and singer Carson Jeffrey.

Shows begin at 7:30/8:30 p.m. for opening acts/headliners, in consideration of the heat. The Levitt's free concert series will resume Sept. 3.

As always, coolers and lawn chairs are welcome, but leave the glass at home.

Friday, July 16
SuenaTron with Opening Act Conjunto Prestigio

Blending pop and norteño, SuenaTron reinterprets Latin music through the lens of different genres like rap and electronic music. The band coined its sound as popteño. With chart-topping hits, SuenaTron will deliver a genre-spanning and genre-defying enjoyable evening.

Conjunto Prestigio will have you up and moving with its fun, upbeat and utterly danceable music! Two brothers founded the band in 2004, and they always deliver a hard-hitting performance.

Saturday, July 17
Dale Watson with Opening Act Summer Dean
Sponsored by the Texas Commission on the Arts

It’s a fact: Dale is as honky-tonk as anyone we’ve ever heard. His resonant voice carries on the traditions of Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. He’s dubbed his signature sound as “Ameripolitan,” because it’s not the Nashville-based pop country you may expect.

Grit and soul are markers of Summer Dean’s sound. With Bad Romantic on the cusp of release, Summer Dean’s distinctive wry wit and twang will have you wiping a tear while sipping tequila.

Sunday, July 18
Carson Jeffrey with Opening Act Jason Herrin

You’re likely familiar with his hit “Ranch Girl Dream” and his album, Heart of This Man, but regardless, you’re sure to enjoy Carson Jeffrey’s raw emotion conveyed with a classic Texas country sound.

Nominated for Songwriter of the Year, Jason Herrin and his band are a mix of southern rock, country and folk which means you’re in for a good ol’ time on the Levitt lawn!
