Without question, we are living through unprecedented, challenging times as our community and our country work to combat the spread of the coronavirus and the resulting economic downturn. Though the future is uncertain, we are pausing for a moment to review our successes and the past strategic decisions that will enable our city to handle and adapt to this evolving situation.

Our first responders continue to go above and beyond, and this year’s report highlights some of the honors they took home in 2019. The report also looks ahead to future initiatives as we work to realize the goal of being a great city to live, learn, work and play.

The PAFR is a citizen-friendly financial report that uses narrative, photos and graphics to explain the information found in the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). Both are published at the same time each year.
