Arlington Eats: Summer Meat Smoking Tips from a Local Expert

In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits local meat smoking expert Roger Stephens, who continues to share his passion with his congregation at First United Methodist Church of Arlington.

Stephens learned how to smoke with his father in the 1970s. He's been smoking for large groups and church events for the last five years.

Earlier this year, the congregation at First United Methodist Church of Arlington, celebrated the Downtown church's 140th anniversary at 313 N Center St, Arlington, TX 76011.
