Come along for a mouthwatering ride and catch The American Dream City's cultural diversity and unique cuisine with Arlington Eats on MyArlingtonTV.

In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits Tiba Grill, a Mediterranean restaurant located at 3330 Matlock Rd #116, Arlington, TX 76015.

Originally from Kuwait, Tiba Grill owner Ghassan Farrah arrived in Arlington to pursue his American Dream and a college degree in 1984.

"Everything I know is over here," Farrah said. "It's kind of like I was born again. Arlington is my home now."

Popular dishes at Tiba Grill include the mixed grill shawerma, chicken and beef kabob and the greek salad with falafel. You can find a complete menu on the restaurant's website. Residents and visitors can also call 817.466.8511.
