Arlington Eats: Dan Dipert Career & Technical Center’s Culinary Program

Come along for a mouthwatering ride and catch The American Dream City's cultural diversity and unique cuisine with Arlington Eats on MyArlingtonTV.

In this month's edition of Arlington Eats, host Andrew Tanielian visits with students enrolled in the Culinary Program at the Dan Dipert Career and Technical Center, located at 2101 Browning Dr, Arlington, TX 76010.

According to AISD's website, the Culinary Program is designed to prepare students to apply technical skills and develop knowledge of food science, diet, and nutrition, and pursue career opportunities across a wide range of institutions that require dining services.

Courses focus on the skills and attributes needed for students to pursue their dreams of working in the culinary industry. The Dan Dipert Career and Technical Center offers training in the fundamentals of basic food production, nutrition and sanitation, and management and services.
