More Than 867,000 Trips Taken to Date on Arlington’s Via Rideshare On-Demand Public Transportation Service

Since its launch in December 2017, Via Rideshare customers have taken more than 867,000 trips around The American Dream City to dine out or shop, get to school or work, or attend other daily appointments.

Arlington’s on-demand, rideshare public transportation service expanded citywide earlier this year, allowing riders to reach even more destinations six days a week. More than 98,000 Via Rideshare accounts have been created to date. The average wait time for a trip is 12 minutes, and customer satisfaction is at 96%, according to the latest data.
