Arlington’s hottest Soul Food restaurant, Ella B’s, is all about good food and good times but now for them the focus is about doing GOOD for the community – specifically Arlington’s homeless population. Ella B’s is partnering with some of Arlington’s finest teams and organizations such as the Arlington Life Shelter to make this extravagant experience come to life and be a night to remember for the less fortunate.

Ella B’s has the food and celebrity servers in place but we still need YOU to help provide quality care packages and donations to the homeless population.

Here are the details:

  • Who can donate? YOU!
  • Who’s the donation for? The Arlington Life Shelter, 325 W. Division Street, 76011
  • What items are needed? Coats, jackets, socks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, disposable razors, wipes, hand sanitizers, soap, $10 gas cards, washcloths, underwear, refillable water bottles, coloring books, band-aids, bug spray, etc.
  • When will donations be accepted? Monday, Nov. 22, 2021, from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
  • Where to bring donations? Arlington Life Shelter, 325 W Division Street, 76011 or Ella B’s Restaurant, 1004 N. Collins St, Arlington, TX 76011
  • Why support? Be a part of something great – something meaningful. Patrick & Patricia Whitfield – owners of Ella B’s – for more than 20 years have fed hot meals to the homeless and have an urgency to give back to the Arlington community by lending a hand and a hot meal to those considered less fortunate.
