Dog of the Week - Meet Dumplin

This one-year old female Pit Bull Terrier mix is white and black in color and weighs 49 pounds. Dumplin is a very friendly, although somewhat shy dog. She has an innate curiosity about her surroundings and the world around her. Making new friends is tops on her “to do” list. This canine walks well on a leash and will “sit” for treats. Dumplin, when given a choice, seems to prefer affection over playtime. A good belly rub is one of her favorite things. Dumplin would probably do best with a family willing to share a lot of love with her. Don’t be chicken-come adopt Dumplin as your new “furrever” friend. Dumplin is in Dog Holding (DH) 216, with ID number A46368116.

Dog of the Week - Meet Indiana Bones

This three and half year-old male German Shepherd mix is brown and black in color and weighs 57 pounds. Indiana Bones is probably one of our most inquisitive dogs in that he really likes keeping his nose to the ground taking in all the smells. Our staff indicates he knows the commands of sit and stay and walks well on a leash. He loves treats and will take them gently. If you catch him at the right moment, he will show off the cutest “head tilt”. Indiana Bones has tested positive for heartworms. His heartworm treatment is sponsored, and more information can be provided at time of adoption. As a bonus, his adoption fee is only $25. Meet Indiana Bones is in Dog Adoptions (DA) 10, with ID number A46449265.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
