Cat of the Week - Meet Bob Scratchit

This three-year-old male is a black and white Domestic Shorthair. Well, bah humbug! It's time to shrug off the doldrums and come meet Bob Scratchit and see if he will be your next furry friend. While his past may be unclear, there is no time like the present to provide this feline a better future. Bob is very friendly and loves belly rubs if you catch him in the right mood. In his world, feathers and toys are what life is all about. He is really into playtime and enjoys a good cat nap after working out (playing). Head butting and a quiet purr are some of the endearing qualities that Bob has as well. Don't delay---come adopt Bob Scratchit and give him a new "purr-ever" home. Meet Bob in Cat Adoptions (CA) 5, his ID number is 46365247.

Dog of the Week - Meet Ken

This three-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix is blue and white in color and weighs 54 pounds. Fun fact--the name "Ken" means handsome and strong. This dog matches all those descriptions. Just look at his picture – he is definitely handsome. While he may be strong, he is also sweet and friendly. He loves treats and prefers them to playing with toys. He does exhibit a curiosity of toys and everything else around him in the world. He walks well on a leash and knows the command of "sit". Ken appears to be a quick learner so he would probably do well with other training. While it would probably be best that he is not in a household with cats, he did pass the shelter's dog-to-dog test. Ken would probably fit in with an active family that will provide him a chance to exercise. If Ken could talk, he might say, "KEN you come adopt me and give me a new furever home?" Ken is in Dog Adoptions (DA) 3, his ID number is 46377657.

Adoption fees include all core vaccinations, alteration, microchip and 30 days free pet insurance.
