The Court has a virtual docket with a Judge. There are limited slots available for each virtual hearing and preference is given to those who, for health reasons, are unable to attend one of the in person court proceedings and for those who either live out of state or live out of the Arlington area. Additionally, there are some matters where a person may be required to appear in person before a Judge.

Defendants who wish to virtually speak with a Judge may send a request to this email.  Please provide your full name, date of birth, address, citation number, and phone number in all emailed correspondence with the Court.  A court clerk will respond to your email with a date, time and instructions on how to join the virtual courtroom.  Virtual dockets are courtroom settings and defendants are expected to uphold proper decorum in their manner and dress code.  These virtual walk in dockets play a vital role in ensuring access to the Municipal Court while making every effort to avoid risks to the public health.

Defendants who received a SCHEDULED virtual hearing notice can attend the hearing that matches your Court Notice

Before coming to the Court, you may check the status of your violation by going to record search or by calling 817-459-6777.

All individuals are encouraged to review the online services to see what options may be available to resolve your matter(s). Click here for citation payment options.  Defendants may also send documents or questions to court email.  Please provide your name, address, citation number, date of birth and phone number in all emailed correspondence with the Court.

The City of Arlington Municipal Court also remains open to the public and is following the normal business hours of 7:30AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, closed on City holidays.  The Municipal Court continues to enforce strict social distancing and sanitation protocols in all public areas. The Court requires the use of wearing face coverings and that only defendants or attorneys with official court business appear.  Please do not bring additional family or friends.

A procedural access to speak with a Judge via the Zoom platform during a virtual walk in court session is available.  These walk in sessions will be held every Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. and will be live streamed on the court YouTube channel.
