Arlington Animal Services is partnering with Texas Coalition for Animal Protection to provide low-cost pet sterilization and vaccination services. Book Making Classes at AMA

Learn the art of book making during a "Second Saturday" workshop at the Arlington Museum of Art, 201 W. Main Street. Kim Garza is teaching this three-hour class, where adult students can create works of art to share with family and friends. There are two classes for you to choose from: 9am -noon and 1pm - 4pm. Classes are $20 each.

Backyard Composting Classes

Join City of Arlington Master Composter volunteers in the River Legacy Science Center' s parking lot area, as they demonstrate proper pile building. Get Out to Vote

Registered Arlington voters will head to the polls on Saturday, May 11. The polls open at 7amand close at7pm. Sample ballots and polling locations are available at www.Arlingtontx.gov/election. Voters are electing a Mayor and City Council representatives for Single-Member Districts 3, 4 and 5 and At-Large District 8. Voters are also electing representatives for the Arlington Independent School District Board of Trustees.
