Congratulations to Sally Mander for the "I Love Arlington" pic of the week!

This week's theme was "My Neighborhood" and we started wondering what depicts a neighborhood? Is it the lawns or the stately trees; is it the curb appeal or the size of the homes? No, it's what dwells inside them... it's the people. Arlington is a diverse city filled with great neighborhoods and proud, fun-loving people.

This image of a young boy playing outside is the perfect pic for today as the Mayor kicks off his annual "Let's Move With the Mayor" campaign with Arlington ISD. Let's Move With the Mayor is part of a national movement to build healthy habits and solve the epidemic of childhood obesity. We should all strive for healthier lifestyles so join the fun! Get out and enjoy those parks and wonderful neighborhoods we call home.

Thanks to everyone who has been posting great Arlington pics! Next week's theme is "Favorite Places" so please take a moment to post your pic to the "I Love Arlington" gallery to share some of your family's favorite place in Arlington!
